Domestic (US)

Free carbon-neutral standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US.

Standard: $5 flat rate for orders under $100
Priority & Express: Calculated at checkout

Express orders placed by 12pm ET ship same day. Friday Express orders deliver Monday — we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email hello@hyergoods.mom and we'll track it down.

Pre-Orders

We provide estimated ship windows for pre-order items and do our best to meet them. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the full order to ship together to reduce emissions. Need your in-stock items sooner? Email us and we'll split the shipment.

International

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Duties & Taxes

For 37 major markets — including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and more — duties and taxes are included in your shipping rate at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery. You'll see "duties and taxes included" beneath your order total.

For destinations outside these markets, packages ship DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning duties and taxes are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival. If duties are refused, the package returns to us and you'll be refunded the product cost (not shipping) once it arrives back at our facility.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–14 business days from fulfillment, via FedEx or DHL. Tracking details and an estimated delivery date are emailed once your order ships.

If your package appears stuck in transit, it's likely clearing customs — this is normal and usually resolves within a few days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 1–3 days of your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. For any shipping or tracking issues, email hello@hyergoods.mom.
