Shipping + Returns
We offer free US shipping on orders over $75.
If it's not quite right, you have 30 days from the day your order was fulfilled to request an exchange or return on eligible items. Orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2026 can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2027. US return shipping is free; international customers cover return shipping.

- Made-to-order items
- Vintage items
- Carbon offsets
- Shipping insurance
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless you are a first-time customer.
